Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Adult recipients only
You must be at least 19 to use the service, and the adult accepting the order at a St. Marys-area address must show valid government photo ID during the handoff.
When an order becomes confirmed
A form submission is a request rather than a completed purchase; the order proceeds only after the customer reviews and approves the confirmed contents, total and estimated delivery window.
Menu pricing and promotional examples
Supplier availability and prices may change before an order is settled, while displayed deals are sample offers whose applicability and resulting total must be confirmed by text rather than assumed from the cards.
Route windows, minimums and free delivery
Delivery typically takes about 45 minutes after confirmation but is never guaranteed, orders require a $40 minimum, delivery is free over $80 and daily operating hours are 9am to 11pm.
Paying the driver
The confirmed total is collected COD when the driver reaches your address, and no online card payment is required to submit the initial request.
Safe use and service contact
Read product packaging, store cannabis away from children and pets and do not drive while impaired; for questions about these conditions, email [email protected].
